The house

The villa has a garden, a chlorine swimming pool with a dedicated children's area, sun loungers, furnished terraces and a built-in barbecue overlooking the Mediterranean.

Inside, the living room has a Smart TV with satellite channels. The dining area connects to a fully equipped kitchen with gas, ceramic and induction cooktops, an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender and crockery. Each of the four bedrooms has terrace access and a wardrobe. Two bedrooms each have a double bed; the other two each have a double bed and a single bed. Bathroom fittings include showers, bathtubs and bidets.

Air conditioning and heating are provided throughout, with underfloor heating also available. The laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Towels, a hair dryer, a cot and a high chair are provided. Wi-Fi is free.

Platja de sa Marjal is 1.2 km away and Cala Bona town is 2 km away. Cala Bona has a fishing harbour and a coastal promenade connecting it with Cala Millor. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 68.2 km away.
