The property is for lease only. Pets are not allowed. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Only official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers may provide services at the villa; unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
Getting there
The villa is between Sori and Recco. Sori and Recco are each stated as 1.5 km away in the location description, while the beaches of Sori and Recco are stated as 2.5 km away. The villa is reached by car from the Recco exit on the A12 motorway, or by train from Sori railway station; local buses stop near the entrance gate. The access road is paved, with a manual gate and a shared paved road. There is one reserved parking space inside the property, and 48 steps lead down from the parking area to the entrance.
