The house

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests across two independent floors. Each floor has a living area with an open-plan kitchen, sofa and dining table, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a bedroom with a double bed. There are two bathrooms with showers on each floor. The bed inventory comprises four queen-size beds and two single beds.

The first-floor terrace overlooks the pool and surrounding countryside towards the sea. Outdoor facilities include a private salt-water swimming pool, sun loungers, a pergola with a dining area and barbecue, and a small play area. Five uncovered parking spaces are available within the property.

Facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, television and satellite TV. Kitchen equipment includes a moka coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. A hairdryer is provided.

The centre of Polignano a Mare is a few minutes away. Bari airport is 45 minutes' drive away, and Brindisi is 80 km away.

Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Late arrival and departure are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur a €20–€40 charge. A tourist tax may be requested on arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount governed by local regulations.
