The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 23 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

The house occupies two floors connected by stairs; the upper terrace also has exterior stair access. Platja de Muro is 10.9 km away, and northern beaches are approximately 10 minutes away by car. The bus stop is 0.7 km away and Sa Pobla train station is 0.75 km away. Garage parking is limited to one car. Golf Pollença is 11.6 km away, approximately 15 minutes by car. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 50.8 km away and the Alcudia ferry terminal is 17.3 km away.
