The property is for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted. Pets are not allowed.
Getting there
The property is about 450 m from a public beach; a staircase and pedestrian path lead from the garden to the nearest beach in about 5 minutes. Liscia di Vacca Beach is 700 m away, Cala Granu Beach 2 km away and Cala Pitrizza Beach 2.5 km away. Access is paved up to the entrance gate. The property has a covered carport with two spaces.
