The infinity pool is about 20 metres from the villa, measures 13 x 7.5 metres and is 1.00 to 1.50 metres deep. It has saltwater purification, six hydromassage jets, chromotherapy lighting and Roman-step access. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. The property is partially fenced with a hedge, stone wall and fence ranging from 140 to 300 cm.

Nisporto beach is approximately 650 metres away through a paved driveway. The last 50 metres of the access road are uphill. The property has up to four uncovered parking spaces. Rio nell'Elba is about 6 km away and Portoferraio about 17 km away.

The property is for lease only. Pets require prior request and cannot enter the pool. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
