Pool heating is available on request at extra cost. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The villa is 4.5 km from Chianciano Terme. Access includes 600 m of dirt road in good condition. Parking is inside the property, with two covered and two uncovered spaces. The Tyrrhenian Sea at Castiglione della Pescaia is 123 km away.

Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. Services at the villa may be provided exclusively by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
