PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Villa Petrillo is a contemporary, white villa set in the rural hills of Irpinia in Campania, an hour or so inland from Naples and the Amalfi Coast. Behind its walls, the interiors feature smooth surfaces, minimalist design and striking contemporary furnishings across two floors. Perfect for up to six guests, there are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious open-plan ground floor living area, along with a fully equipped kitchen and a covered veranda for outdoor dining.
A notable feature is a small wine cellar hidden beneath the veranda floor. Surrounding the villa, its landscaped grounds encompass a swimming pool, lawned areas and views over the surrounding hills, with mature oak, olive and fruit trees typical of the local area.
