The pool area has a partly paved and partly lawned solarium with sunbeds, a gazebo, a small table and lounge seating. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The villa is just outside Mirabella Eclano. The access roads include approximately 2 km of narrow paved country road with potholes. The Amalfi Coast is 88 km away. Shops and services in Pianopantano are 2.4 km away; the A16 Grottaminarda exit is 9 km away. The pool is accessed by six stone steps, and internal stairs connect the two floors.

This is a private structure available for lease only. Pets are allowed. The property is fenced. The pool is seasonal and open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
