The pool is a few metres from the house and is reached by an easy path through the garden. It measures 13 x 4.50 m, has a constant depth of 1.40 m, chlorine purification, lighting, and steps into the water. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Two adjacent hot tubs can be heated to 32°C.

The villa is in the Palazzo di Varignana estate. Roads are paved up to the entrance; the final section is uphill and includes some narrow stretches. Osteria Grande is 3 km away, Bologna is 22 km away, and the A14 Castel San Pietro highway is 12 km away. The pool is reached by a path across the garden.

Parties, events, or visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Services at the villa may be provided exclusively by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers; unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
