The Rio Marina public beach is about 1 km away; Topinetti beach is about 3.5 km away; Cala Seregola and Ortano are about 5 km away; Cavo is about 8 km away. Access includes 1 km of paved road from Rio Marina, a short descent and about 400 m of unpaved road to the driveway gate, which is shared with another property. The road is not suitable for sports cars or vehicles with low ground clearance. Parking is limited to four cars.
