The villa is in the hilly area of Perelle, above Rio Marina. Rio Marina centre is about 1 km away, reachable in a few minutes by car or by a 10–15 minute walk. The Rio Marina public beach is about 1 km away; Topinetti beach is about 3.5 km away; Cala Seregola and Ortano are about 5 km away; Cavo is about 8 km away. Access includes 1 km of paved road from Rio Marina, a short descent and about 400 m of unpaved road to the driveway gate, which is shared with another property. The road is not suitable for sports cars or vehicles with low ground clearance. Parking is limited to four cars.

The property is for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Up to one small-sized pet is allowed. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers.
