The maximum occupancy is 16 guests. The chef service provides breakfast and either lunch or dinner daily; food and beverage costs are billed separately with receipts provided.

The villa is in Quepos, Puntarenas. Manuel Antonio National Park and its beaches are approximately 2 miles away. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, fitness centers, and nightlife are within walking distance. Public transportation and taxis are accessible, and a bus stop is directly in front of the villa.
