## About the house

The villa accommodates four guests and has one queen bed, two twin beds and two full bathrooms. A ground-floor terrace and patio provide outdoor space without stairs. Condominium Marisol sits above the ocean, with ocean breezes and jungle surroundings where monkeys and other wildlife may be encountered.

Guests have access to two pools with panoramic ocean views. The gated community has 24-hour security, with a second gate to enter the property. Amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, two garages, a washer, dryer, barbecue, microwave, refrigerator, outdoor shower, lawn and window coverings.

An all-wheel-drive vehicle is highly recommended, especially during the rainy season. Power outages and interruptions to the spring-fed water supply can occur in this rural setting. A pest-control plan is in place, but occasional encounters with insects, lizards, rodents and reptiles remain part of the tropical environment.

An all-wheel-drive vehicle is highly recommended, especially during the rainy season. The community is gated, with a second gate at the property. The ground-floor terrace and patio have no stairs. Travel from San Jose airport takes approximately 3.5 hours by car; alternatively, a 20-minute flight from SJO to Quepos airport is followed by a 30-minute drive. Occasional power outages and interruptions to the spring-fed water supply can occur.

Occasional encounters with local wildlife, including insects, lizards, rodents and reptiles, do not constitute a breach of the rental policy. A service fee of $38 is published with the qualification that it varies with the number of days; a cleaning fee of $62 is also published.
