## About the house

The newly built villa has a contemporary, minimalist interior with large windows and natural light. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen and dining table adjoin a spacious living area with a sofa and windows opening to the outdoor pool area. A ground-floor bedroom has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom, sea views and direct pool access. The first floor has two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom and sea views.

Outside are a private infinity pool, unobstructed sea and sunset views, dining and sitting areas beneath a pergola, lounge areas and sun beds. Private balcony and terrace space, beach and pool towels, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, coffee facilities, cable-satellite and flat-screen television, a safe, a hairdryer, bath amenities and an iron and ironing board are available.

Daily light cleaning, linen and towel changes twice per week, and 24/7 team support are provided. Services include airport and port transfers, car and motorbike rental, concierge assistance, boat trips, massage, beach sunbeds and umbrellas, fax and photocopy service, and a shower and changing room. Beauty treatments and a doctor are available on request. A parking area is available, and pets are allowed.
