## About the house

The house has a sitting room with satellite and Smart TV, a dining room connected to a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, and a laundry with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster and blender. Wi-Fi, a safe, towels and a hair dryer are available.

All four bedrooms have two single beds and fans. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor; the first-floor bedroom has air conditioning. A cot and high chair can be supplied. There is one indoor shower bathroom and a separate outdoor shower bathroom beside the pool.

The private chlorine pool measures 6 × 3 m and is 1.40–1.70 m deep. Its surrounding terrace has eight sun loungers, parasols and a barbecue. A winter garden with an old fountain provides space for dining. Upstairs is a small unfurnished terrace overlooking the village. The plot is fenced.

The main square, grocery shopping, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy and a bank are within walking distance. Campanet is close to the Tramuntana Mountains, with hiking and cycling opportunities; its caves and chapel can also be reached on foot.

A supermarket is 150 m away, the bank is 700 m away and the pharmacy is 900 m away. The main square and local services can be reached on foot. One bedroom and the small upper terrace are on the first floor.

Pets and events are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
