The property is 15 km from Cefalù, with beaches including Lido Gorgo 7 km away, Campofelice di Roccella 8 km away, Mazzaforno 12 km away, and Cefalù 15 km away. The road to the gate is paved, but the last 200 m are slightly uneven and have bends. Five uncovered parking spaces are inside the property.
