Pets are allowed on request, with mandatory extra cleaning when pets are present. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The pool is open from May 1 to October 31.
Getting there
The last kilometre of the lane leading to the house is unpaved, partly well beaten and partly uneven. Vendicari Nature Reserve and San Lorenzo beaches are 5 km away; Lido di Noto is 10 km away. The property is 12 km from the Noto highway exit. There are 4–5 uncovered parking spaces inside the property.
