One dog is allowed upon request for €100 per stay, per dog, in cash; however, another property feature and FAQ answer say pets are not allowed. Pets may not enter or use the swimming pool and may not sleep or rest on beds, couches or other furniture. Pet owners must keep areas used by pets clean and tidy.

The villa is 17 km from the nearest beach and sea and 17 km from the center. Omiš and its beaches are described as a 20-minute drive away. Cetina River is a 10-minute drive away. A minimarket is 300 m away, restaurants are 12 km away, and a supermarket is 17 km away.
