This is a private structure available for lease only. Pets are allowed. The property is not fenced. The pool is seasonal, open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
Getting there
The property is in Grutti, between Todi and Massa Martana. The final 400 m of the access road is unpaved and should be driven carefully. The pool is about 25 m from the house and requires a path across lawn and stone followed by five steps. The house has an internal brick staircase with sixteen steps to the upper floor. Three uncovered parking spaces are available inside the property.
