The property is 500 metres from the centre of Chianni. Access includes 500 metres of downhill unpaved road. The pool is about 80 metres from the house and is reached by a paved driveway followed by steps. Castiglioncello is 35 km away and Cecina is 38 km away on the Livorno coast; Lido di Camaiore is 79 km away and Forte dei Marmi is 85 km away in Versilia.

The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. Pets are permitted. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
