House rules

Maximum occupancy is 12 adults plus 4 children, with no more than 12 adults. An additional fee of $50 per child per night applies. A 12.5% hotel tax applies. A $1,000 prepaid refundable damage deposit is refunded 15–30 days after departure if no damage occurs. A minimum number of nights may apply during Christmas and New Year's. Gym access is not included with reservations made before January 1, 2026; for qualifying reservations it costs an additional $700 per week.

Getting there

Villa Panache is in Estate Rendezvous on St. John's south shore, with views toward Ditleff Point, Klein Bay, Rendezvous Bay, Great Cruz Bay Harbor, and Ram's Head. Cruz Bay is approximately a 10-minute drive away. The lower-level guest bedrooms are accessed by an exterior staircase and walkway. The property has more than 10 stairs down from parking.
