House rules
The standard occupancy is 10 guests. Guests 11 through 14 incur an additional charge that includes an extra bed. The usual moving day is Thursday, with possible flexibility during low season; fixed dates that do not coincide with this day should be confirmed before booking. The property is self-catered. A group deposit of €150 per guest is payable by card up to two weeks before arrival. Tourism taxes may apply.
Getting there
Praia da Falésia is 6.6 km away and Praia Maria Luísa is 3.5 km away. Albufeira centre is 6.5 km away. Renting a car is not essential. The villa has a fully enclosed plot and private parking.
