## About the house

Villa Palms accommodates up to 14 guests in seven ensuite bedrooms overlooking the La Romana Country Club Golf Course. A housekeeper, cook and waiter are included throughout the stay. The primary bedroom has a king bed, an upholstered bed with a tufted bench and its own study. Guest bedroom 2 has vaulted ceilings; bedroom 3 has a blue accent wall; bedroom 4 has woven rattan bed styling; bedroom 5 has a decorative white headboard; bedroom 6 has blue-striped bedding and a garden view; and bedroom 7 has a garden outlook and soft lighting.

The main living room overlooks the pool and golf course. A second living area has additional seating and a large TV. Two formal dining tables seat up to 20, and the terrace dining table seats eight. The kitchen has a large stainless steel refrigerator, an island with seating and supplied kitchen basics, including dish soap, dishwasher detergent, scrubbers, paper towels and trash bags.

Outdoor spaces include a lawn, shaded seating, poolside loungers and a gazebo with a bar, lounge seating and BBQ. A heated pool and hot tub are available. A separate private study has an LCD TV and patio access. Satellite or cable TV, a speaker system, home theater, Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout support indoor stays. A washer, dryer, hair dryer, safe, shampoo, essentials and hot water are provided.

Resort registration provides access to Minitas Beach, the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, Tennis Center, spa, fitness center, golf courses and advance tee times, pool towels, chaise lounges and Central Romana Medical Center services. Registration fees are payable separately upon arrival. La Romana International Airport (LRM) serves the area.

Resort registration is required before arrival, and guests receive Casa de Campo ID cards for their stay. Mandatory resort registration fees are paid directly upon arrival: $25 per adult per day for ages 12 and older, $12 per child per day for ages 4 to 12, and complimentary access for children under 4. During Christmas and New Year, the minimum stay is 10 nights.
