The property consists of a three-floor main villa and an adjacent annex. It has elegant lounges, a garden, a large exclusive-use swimming pool, a kitchen with pantry, outdoor dining areas and a panoramic living area with table tennis. The villa is about 1.5 km from the Mura Medicee and the estate of San Fabiano is about 500 m away. A wine tasting is included, and a chef can be arranged on request for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October.

The historic centre of Arezzo is about 3 km away, the train station is about 5 km away and the A1 motorway exit is about 13.5 km away. The access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. The pool is about 30 m from the villa and requires a few steps across the garden. Beaches are about 166 km from the property at the Tyrrhenian Sea and 168 km at the Adriatic Sea.

The property is not fenced. Pets are allowed. The swimming pool is seasonal and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
