The exclusive-use pool is about 30 m from the villa and is reached by a few steps across the garden. It measures 9 x 18 m, has a depth of 1.40 to 2.5 m, a metallic ladder, internal lighting, a cold-water shower and chlorine purification. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October.

The property is about 3 km from Arezzo's historic town centre, 5 km from Arezzo railway station and 13.5 km from the A1 Arezzo motorway exit. The access road is paved up to the entrance gate. The pool is about 30 m from the villa and is reached by a few steps across the garden. Up to 10 uncovered parking spaces are available inside the property.

The property is not fenced in. The pool is seasonal and open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October.
