The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. It has four floors connected by internal stairs, and the attic is reached by a wooden staircase with alternating treads. Small-sized pets are allowed. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum limit of 14 guests are forbidden without prior written authorization. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
Getting there
The villa is just outside Imola, 4 km from the town centre. Bologna is 43 km away, Ravenna is 44 km away and Florence is just over an hour and a half by car. The access road includes 50 m of unpaved road before the entrance gate. The property has up to 20 parking spaces and a two-car garage. Lido Adriano is 62 km away and Lido di Classe is 64 km away.
