The access road includes 50 m of unpaved road before the entrance gate. The property has up to 20 parking spaces and a two-car garage. Lido Adriano is 62 km away and Lido di Classe is 64 km away.

The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. It has four floors connected by internal stairs, and the attic is reached by a wooden staircase with alternating treads.
