## About the house

The villa accommodates six guests and is arranged on one floor, reached by a few steps. The entrance patio has a sofa, armchairs and a coffee table. The open-plan living area includes a double sofa bed, an armchair, coffee tables, a television and a dining table. The kitchen has cooking utensils, a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster and espresso coffee machine. A covered rear patio provides a large dining table and barbecue.

One bedroom has two single beds, including one loft bed, and a dresser. The other has a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower and access to the entrance patio. A second bathroom also has a shower; a hairdryer is provided.

The swimming pool has a relaxation area with sunbeds and chairs. A rear staircase leads to the roof terrace, which overlooks the sea and surrounding countryside. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a washing machine are available. Brindisi airport is 25 minutes away by car.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard arrivals end at 20:00; late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, varying according to local regulations.
