Outside, an extensive terrace includes a private heatable pool (additional cost), sun loungers, and lawns for outdoor leisure, along with an alfresco dining area with barbecue and a jacuzzi (additional cost) for moments of pure relaxation.
The property is fully enclosed, has an automatic gate, and parking facilities. Located in a quiet area, just minutes on foot from shops, bars, and beaches, Villa Oliveira guarantees unforgettable holidays. The property is equipped with a modern security alarm system. Image capture is an integrated feature of the alarm system and is only activated if the alarm is switched on and triggered in response to a potential intrusion. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
