The property is 5 km from Spiaggia di Guidaloca and 9 km from Spiaggia Plaja. Castellammare del Golfo is 6 km away and Scopello is 8 km away. The pool is on a lower terrace reached by natural-stone steps. The access roads are paved up to the entrance.

The property is completely fenced with a wooden fence approximately 1.20 metres high; the veranda fence is wrought iron, approximately 1 metre high, with spaces of about 10 cm. One small-sized animal is allowed. When rented in this solution, no other guests will be present on site.
