House rules
No parties or excessive noise. Breaches may put your bond at risk or result in eviction. Pets are not allowed. Only the booked number of guests may be on the property at any time, including visitors; request approval in advance for visitors. A noise monitoring device is installed, and fines apply for tampering. There are no external cameras at the villa; the surrounding Caves Bungalows resort has cameras in communal areas. Electronic guest registration is required before arrival, including primary-guest identification and guest details; arrival access is released only after registration. Reservations made within five days of arrival require a valid credit-card photo matching the primary guest’s ID; mismatched documents result in cancellation and return of funds. Late checkout requires approval.
