## About the house

Designed by Italian architect Gianfranco Fini, Villa Oasis accommodates up to 16 guests. Its central living and dining spaces connect with an adjoining family room and an entertainment area with a pool table, satellite or cable TV and a speaker system. The interiors have air conditioning.

The equipped kitchen includes kitchen basics, a dishwasher and hot water. Outdoor spaces include a BBQ, a private deck, a private pool and a small private beach beyond the deck and pool. Housekeepers, a chef and a waiter are included. A washer, dryer, hair dryer, safe, essentials and shampoo are available.

All eight bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets. The primary bedroom has a private upper-level balcony overlooking Minitas Bay. A second primary suite is on the ground level, and bedrooms are distributed between the ground and upper floors. There is also a powder room.

Minitas Beach is 0.6 mile away and the Marina is 1.5 miles away. The Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center are each 2.2 miles away; Altos de Chavon is 3.2 miles away, the Tennis Center 3.3 miles away and the Shooting Center 5 miles away. Resort registration is required before arrival, with resort fees paid on arrival.

The villa has a small private beach. Minitas Beach is 0.6 mile away and the Marina is 1.5 miles away. Beaches, sport, dining and the marina are within an easy drive. Bedrooms are on the ground and upper floors; the primary bedroom's private balcony is on the upper level.

Smoking and pets are not permitted. All guests must complete Casa de Campo resort registration before arrival. Mandatory resort registration costs $25 per adult per day for guests 12 and older, $12 per child per day for ages 4 to 12, and is complimentary for children under 4. Fees are paid directly to the resort on arrival. Registration provides a Casa de Campo ID card with access to resort facilities, including Minitas Beach and pool chaise lounges, equestrian, shooting, tennis, spa, fitness, golf and advance tee times, and Central Romana Medical Center services. An 18% service fee and the Casa de Campo resort fee are additional. A security deposit equal to one night's stay is required. Villa details, amenities, staff and images may change.
