The house

Villa Oasis, also called Punta Minitas 5, was designed by Italian architect Gianfranco Fini. It overlooks Minitas Beach and Minitas Bay and has an ocean-facing deck, private balconies and a small private beach connected directly to the property.

The six bedrooms are divided across three main areas. Each has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The primary bedroom has private balcony access. Two suites occupy different levels, with one on the top floor opening to private balconies and another on the ground level.

Shared living spaces include a central living room, dining area, adjoining entertainment area, family room and a game room with a pool table. Kitchen basics and hot water are provided. Housekeepers, a chef and a waiter are included throughout the stay. Supplied toiletries and household basics include shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.

Concierge arrangements are available for private travel, airport transfers, yacht charters, car rentals, grocery pre-stocking, villa meet-and-greets, tours, excursions, dinner reservations, catering, yoga, in-villa massages and additional staff.

Minitas Beach is 0.6 mi away and The Marina is 1.5 mi away. The Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center are each 2.2 mi away; Altos de Chavon is 3.2 mi, the Tennis Center is 3.3 mi and the Shooting Center is 5 mi away. The wider Casa de Campo area is accessible by car.
