## About the house

The villa accommodates nine guests across two interconnected lodgings, with four bedrooms and an additional sleeping area in a living-room loft. There are five beds in total: four queen-size beds and one single bed.

The first lodging is entered from the street-side veranda and has a living room with a dining table and sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with queen-size beds, one bedroom with a single bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The second lodging connects to the first and also has access from a veranda overlooking the pool. It contains a small kitchenette, a master bedroom, a living room with an additional queen-size bed in a loft, and a bathroom with a shower.

The outdoor space includes a private above-ground swimming pool, a garden with olive trees, sun loungers and a barbecue area. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, microwave, oven and fridge. A washing machine, iron and hairdryer are available.

Brindisi Airport is a 40-minute drive away, and Bari International Airport is 100 km away.
