## About the house

Built in 1984 and fully renovated in 2022, Villa Nomade is a gated 170 m² villa on 600 m² of land, with boho-style interiors and private parking. Its wind-sheltered hillside setting overlooks Psarou, Platis Gialos and Paraga beaches, with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and the islands of Delos and Rineia. Bougainvillea, an olive tree, a grapevine and a palm tree were planted in 1984.

The Main Suite has a 180 × 200 cm king bed, an en-suite bathroom, a living room, a fireplace and a kitchenette. The Zina and Minerva Suites each have a 180 × 200 cm king bed, a couch and an en-suite bathroom. The Pool Guest House has a 160 × 200 cm king bed and an en-suite bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning, a fan, a 4K smart TV with Netflix, a safe, a hair dryer, bath and pool towels, an espresso machine, a kettle and bathroom amenities. Guy Laroche bed linen, towels and mattresses are provided.

Outdoor facilities include an infinity pool, a deck, a terrace with sunbeds and benches, a rooftop terrace, and large dining and lounge areas covered by chestnut-wood pergolas. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen has a barbecue, sink, professional cooker, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is also an indoor kitchen with a seated bar area. The laundry area has a large-capacity washer, dryer and steam iron. Cleaning is available during the stay, and the host greets guests.
