The property is leased as a private structure. Small pets are accepted on request. The property is fenced. The pool is seasonal and open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
Getting there
The historic centre of Arezzo is approximately 4 km away. The A1 motorway is approximately 7 km away, the railway station is approximately 4.5 km away, and the nearest bus stop is approximately 700 m away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. The pool is reached from the villa by a short flight of steps or a garden path.
