Villa Ninetta has two floors, a sitting room with an ornamental fireplace, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with outside access, four bedrooms and a veranda for outdoor dining. The property is surrounded by lawn and olive, cypress, lemon and orange trees. The villa is suitable as a base for visiting the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park, Civitella del Tronto and nearby historic villages.

The outdoor pool is a few metres from the house in a panoramic position. It measures 10.5 x 5 m, has a constant depth of 1.4 m, Roman steps, chlorine purification, lighting, a non-slip stoneware solarium with sunbeds, tables and umbrellas, and a solar-powered outdoor shower. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Giulianova beach is 6 km away. The villa is 6 km from Giulianova, 5 km from the A14 motorway exit and 4 km from shops and services in Colleranesco. The access road is paved up to the entrance. The property is in the province of Teramo.

This is a private structure rented exclusively; no other guests will be present on site. Pets are accepted, mainly small sizes, preferably outside the house. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The pool is seasonal and open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
