The property has terracotta-colored exterior walls, contemporary furnishings, a veranda, enclosed grounds, a swimming pool and parking. The pool is a few meters from the house in a panoramic position. It measures 10.5 x 5 m, has a constant depth of 1.4 m, Roman steps, chlorine purification, lighting, a non-slip stoneware solarium, sunbeds, tables, umbrellas and a solar-powered outdoor shower. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The villa is about 6 km from Giulianova beach. The access road is paved up to the entrance. The motorway exit is about 5 km away, and the property is about 57 km from Pescara airport.

The property is enclosed and has an automatic entrance gate. Pets are mainly limited to small sizes and are preferably kept outside the house. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
