House rules
Standard occupancy is 10 guests. Guests 11 through 17 incur an additional charge that includes an extra bed. A group deposit of €250 per guest is payable by credit or debit card up to two weeks before arrival. The property is self-catered. Pool heating, food hampers and some baby equipment are optional extras at additional cost. Tourism taxes may apply.
Getting there
The villa is in Montechoro, Albufeira. Praia da Oura is 2.3 km away, Albufeira Center is 3.5 km away, and renting a car is not essential for the stay. The property has a private parking area. The usual moving day is Saturday, with possible flexibility during low season.
