The property is available for lease only. One pet is allowed; more than one requires a separate agreement depending on breed and size. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The pool is available from the last Saturday of April until the last Saturday of October.
Getting there
The villa is on a hill near Capo Mimosa. It is just over 1 km from the Via Aurelia, followed by 1.1 km of paved uphill road that is narrow in some sections and has a steep right-hand hairpin bend near the villa. Cervo is 3 km away. Andora's sandy beach is 3 km by car. Four cars can be parked inside the property. Ten steps lead from the driveway to the garden, and the garden has different levels connected by steps.
