The villa is arranged over upper, pool and lower levels, with renovated bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen areas and decorative items selected by the owners. Two upper-level bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom and access to a private veranda overlooking the Aegean.
The pool level contains a fully equipped kitchen, a stone-built living room with a fireplace, and an en-suite bedroom with two single beds. The lower-level guesthouse accommodates up to four people across two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and one with two single built-in beds. Its two sections have separate entrances, equipped kitchenettes and bathrooms, with a lockable connecting interior door.
Outside, the swimming pool incorporates a Jacuzzi, and the pool-level outdoor area and balcony overlook the surrounding islands. Facilities include a BBQ, indoor and outdoor dining tables, a portable sound speaker, parking for four cars and a laundry room. Washing and ironing by a maid are available at an extra charge. The beach is a 200-metre walk away.
