House rules
Maximum occupancy is 4 people; no additional guests are accepted. Pets are not allowed. The outdoor pool is unavailable from 1 November to 30 April because it is closed and drained. A 10,000 TL security deposit is collected and returned after departure if no damage is found.
Getting there
The villa is in Üzümlü, Kalkan. A mini-market and restaurant are 1 km away; the beach, bus stops and Kalkan centre are 10 km away. A hospital or health centre is 11 km away. The villa is on elevated terrain and access includes a steep, stone road. Private outdoor areas and the pool are described as protected from outside view.
