The house

Villa Nano is on a hillside in the village of Jesenice (Sumpetar), in a quiet rural area surrounded by other villas. The property has 127 m² of indoor living space, sea and island views, a living area opening toward the pool and outdoor dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a covered outdoor lounge, outdoor dining, a gas barbecue and table tennis. The private infinity pool measures 32 m² (8 m x 4 m) and is heated; a jacuzzi and eight deck chairs are also provided.

A fenced children’s play area on a lower level has a toy house, slide and trampoline. The villa has private parking for up to three cars and is fully fenced. Optional services listed for the property include grocery delivery, an in-villa private chef, professional massage and boat tours; these services are not included. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed, a sofa bed for one person, a TV, a bathroom with shower and access to a sea-view terrace. Bedroom 3 has two single beds, a TV and access to the first-floor facilities.

Bedroom 4 has a king-size bed, a TV and access to a shared sea-view terrace. The living-floor bathroom and first-floor family bathroom have showers.
