The house

The open-plan living area and kitchen connect to a back deck with a temperature-controlled private pool for year-round swimming, a daybed and alfresco dining. The outdoor kitchen includes a BBQ and wine fridge, with a TV offering Foxtel for poolside viewing.

Indoors, the kitchen has a central island and breakfast bar, a microwave and coffee maker. The dining table can also be used for laptop work. The living area has Netflix, and air conditioning and ceiling fans run throughout the home.

All three bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has large wardrobes, its own TV and balcony access; the second bedroom also opens onto the balcony. The bathroom features a freestanding bath, a double shower and complimentary toiletries. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and dryer.

The property has a private entrance, garden and pool views, free parking for three cars under the carport, and free street parking. Guests must climb stairs. The home is not a good fit for infants under two, and the pool has no gate or lock.
