The house

The home accommodates eight guests in four bedrooms, with three king beds and two full beds. Three bathrooms are ensuite and a fourth is across the hall. Each bedroom has a workspace and flatscreen TV; two bedrooms, including the primary suite, open onto the pool deck. The open-plan living area has a sectional sofa and electric fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has two islands with marble waterfall countertops, with combined kitchen and dining seating for twelve. A laundry room includes a sink, washer and dryer. Outside are covered and uncovered lounge areas, umbrellas, cornhole and a poolside dining table for ten. A universal EV charger is available.
