The villa has a 6.4 × 3.2 m chlorine pool with depths of 1.2–1.4 m, sun loungers, a garden and a spacious terrace with a fixed barbecue. A furnished porch overlooks the nearby mountains.
The open-plan interior combines a living room with a sofa and Smart TV, a dining area and an equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. Satellite television and free Wi-Fi are available.
All three bedrooms have air conditioning. Bedroom 1 has one double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom; bedrooms 2 and 3 each have two single beds. There are two shower bathrooms in total. A cot and high chair are provided for guests travelling with a baby. Towels and a hair dryer are available. The laundry area includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
