The villa is in Montelopio, a district of Peccioli. Access includes 300 m of unpaved but well-maintained road from the first access gate to the second gate and the parking area. The Tyrrhenian Sea is 57 km away. Parking is inside the property, with 6 uncovered spaces.

Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets are allowed, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals. The property and swimming pool area are fenced.
