## About the house

Villa Monte accommodates up to 20 guests and combines traditional Cycladic architecture with modern furnishings, white interiors, wooden floors and ceilings, and large windows. All bedrooms have air conditioning, safety deposit boxes and en-suite bathrooms; most have private verandas with sea and sunset views.

The first floor includes a VIP double bedroom with a king-size bed, fireplace, dressing area, shower cabin, separate toilet room, TV and sea- and sunset-view balcony; a master bedroom has a king-size bed, dressing area, shower cabin, separate toilet room, TV and sea- and sunset-view balcony. Two separate guest quarters have bathrooms. The lower level contains one single bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and independent entrance, five double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a playroom with a home cinema and sound system, and a fully equipped gym.

The ground floor has a main living room, a second living room with a fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped professional kitchen. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV with Netflix, underfloor heating, a backup generator and a laundry room with a washer, dryer and linen storage.

Outdoors, the private infinity pool is accompanied by loungers, shaded seating and lounge areas, an outdoor living room with a fireplace, barbecue facilities, two dining areas, an outdoor shower and a pool bathroom.

Meet-and-greet assistance is available for check-in and check-out. Meals, private chef services, concierge services, car hire, transfers, fitness sessions and a personal trainer are available on request. Mykonos Town is a five-minute drive away.
