# Villa Monica La Romana, Dominican Republic, Dominican Republic (general area) ## About the house The estate combines a six-bedroom main house with a two-bedroom guest house and mezzanine. The main living room has French and Italian furnishings, high wooden ceilings and leather seating. An indoor dining table seats 10, with additional dining areas outdoors. The main kitchen has wooden cabinetry, wood counters and garden views; the guest house has a kitchenette, sitting area and loft. Seven bedrooms have king beds. All eight bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and there is an additional full guest bathroom. The primary bedroom includes a walk-in closet, safe, air conditioning, fan, flat-screen TV and patio access. Guest bedroom 2 has garden views; bedroom 3 has a recliner; bedroom 4 has a mini refrigerator; bedroom 5 has seating and greenery views; and bedroom 6 has large windows and a reading nook. Bedrooms 7 and 8 are in the guest house. The mezzanine provides a double bed in a naturally lit loft setting. The private pool is surrounded by loungers and gardens.
